Additional Info: Formerly titled, Pro Tempore, the Regent Law Review Online is the only journal publishing short-form legal scholarship on timely issues from a distinctly Christian legal and cultural perspective. This is in accordance with the mission statements of Regent University School of Law and Regent University Law Review. Our authors come from many backgrounds, including law professors, practitioners, and policy advocates. Our articles examine a diverse array of issues unaddressed in the larger academic corpus, including tensions surrounding jurisdictional child protection measures in gender dysphoria contexts, changes in Chevron deference, successes and failures in international genocide prevention efforts, and even the controversial idea of religious charter schools.
