Additional Info: The Opole Studies in Administration and Law/Opolskie Studia Administracyjno-Prawne (OSAP) aim to advance legal and public administration scholarship by publishing high quality doctrinal and empirical works in these fields. The journal welcomes papers written by legal academics and scholars from cognate disciplines representing variety of methodological approaches, from the classical black-letter analysis, through socio-legal and critical approaches up to computational legal studies. The journal is aimed both at academics, although the texts published there are also of interest to practitioners, and there is some room reserved for practice-induced commentaries on recent court judgements. OSAP is published in the tradition of European law reviews, so it is peer-edited and the papers are peer-reviewed by external reviewers.
