Additional Info: The NUJS Law Review is the flagship journal of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. A brainchild of Professor Mahendra P. Singh, the Journal was established in 2008 on the conviction that law universities bear a responsibility to contribute meaningfully to the society in which they exist.

Entirely student-run, the Journal is managed by a Board of Editors drawn from the NUJS student body and published quarterly on a rolling submissions basis. It does not operate a peer-review process, instead maintaining a rigorous three-stage editorial review process that upholds exacting standards of academic scrutiny.

Over the years, the NUJS Law Review has been cited by judges of the Supreme Court of India, the Ministry of Finance, and the Law Commission of India, and has consistently topped law journal rankings in India. It operates on an open access model, making all articles freely available from the date of publication, with no charges to authors or readers.
