PASSED BY THE
FORTY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
Which was Begun and Held at Nashville on the First Monday in.
January, in the Year of Our Lord Onte Thousand
Eight Hundred and Ninety-three.
CHAPTER 1.
AN ACT to amend an act changing the line between the counties of
Mldlinn and Polk, passed March 12, 1889, and approved Mlarch
16, 1889.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
the State of Tennessce, That Chapter 65 of the Acts of
1889 be so amended as to include all the lands of
Levina Price in Polk County; said land is bounded
on the north by the land of G. D. Carver, on the west
and south by the lands of Capt. W. Coker, and on
the east by the lands of N. S. Price, the husband of
the said Levina Price.
SEo. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act. take
effect from and after its passage, the public welfare
requiring it.
