EXTRAORDINARY REPARATIONS, LEGITIMACY, AND THE
                    INTER-AMERICAN COURT

de Bogoti Jorge Tadeo Lozano and Visiting Professor of Law, Universidad de los

erick Sheldon Traveling Fellowship. The Article reviews Inter-American Court ju-
risprudence through January 2015. 1 would like to thank Eric Stover as well as the
