PROTOCOL
BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND CERTAIN OTHER AMERICAN STATES
Opened for signature at the Pan American Union at Washington
June 25, 1936; signed for the United States of America, subject to
two understandings, June 23, 1939.
Ratification advised by the Senate of the United States, subject to
the said understandings, June 12, 1941.
Ratified by the President of the United States, subject to the said
understandings, June 23, 1941.
Ratification of the United States of America deposited with the Pan
American Union at Washington July 10, 1941.
Proclaimed by the President of the United States August 21, 1941.
