Signed at Washington May 27, 1936.
Ratification advised by the Senate of the United States June 13,
1938.
Ratified by the President of the United States July 5, 1938.
Ratified by His Majesty the King of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas,
Emperor of India, in respect of Great Britain and Northern Ire-
land August 2, 1938; in respect of New Zealand December 18,
1939; and in respect of Australia September 2, 1940.
Ratifications exchanged at Washington March 10, 1941.
Proclaimed by the President of the United States March 17, 1941.
