ORDER GRANTING EXEMPTION Novo Corporation (Novo) and its subsidiary, Novo International Corporation, d/b/a Novo International Airfreight (International) request Board approval pursuant to section 408 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, (the Act) or an exemption pursuant to subsection (a)(5) thereof, with regard to the control by Novo of International, an applicant for international air freight forwarder authorization. Novo is a diversified company with manufacturing and service divisions and subsidiaries in the United States and Canada. In 1966 the Board approved Novo's control of Air Dispatch, Inc.
