Docket 19898 ORDER OF DISMISSAL By letter dated September 18, 1968, counsel for North Central Air- lines, Inc., has requested that its application in the above docket be dismissed. Accordingly, pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in its Regu- lations, 14 CFR 385.10, IT IS ORDERED: That the application of North Central Airlines, Inc., Docket 19898 be and it hereby is dismissed. Persons entitled to petition the Board for review of this order pur- suant to the Board's Regulations, 14 CFR 385.50, may file such petitions within 10 days after the date of service of this order. This order shall be effective and become the action of the Civil Aeronautics Board upon expiration of the above period unlss before that date a petition for review thereof is filed or the Board gives notice that it will review this order on its own motion.
