Docket 34203 to terminate service at Catskill/- Sullivan County, New York Notice of intent of RANSOME AIR, INC. d/b/a Docket 34666 RANSOME AIRLINES to terminate service at Catskill/ Sullivan County, New York ORDER EXTENDING SERVICE OBLIGATION By Order 79-10-5, October 2, 1979, we extended USAir's (formerly Allegheny Airlines) and Ransome's service obligation at Catskill/ Sullivan County, New York, for an additionat 30 days through November 4, 1979. We are in the process of seeking a replacement carrier to provide the essential air service at Catskill/Sullivan County. We need additional time to complete this process before we can relieve USAir and Ransome of their service obligations. Therefore, under authority delegated by the Board in the Board's Regulations 14 CFR 385.14, we will require USAir and Ransome to continue to provide service at Catskill/Sullivan County in accordance with Order 79-4-178 for an additional 30 days, through December 4, 1979. ACCORDINGLY, 1. We order USAir and Ransome Airlines to continue to provide the service at Catksill/Sullivan County, New York, specified in Order 79-4-178 for an additional 30-day period, from November 5, 1979, through December 4, 1979, or until a fit, willing and able replacement carrier is found by us to be able to inaugurate and maintain essential air transportation at Catskill/Sullivan County, whichever occurs
