Decided: January 14, 1976

Western Air Lines' certificate for route 52 amended to authorize
nonstop service between Honolulu, Hawaii and Vancouver, Canada.

Applications of Hawaiian Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and United
Air Lines denied and proceeding terminated.

This decision does not constitute a major Federal action signi-
ficantly affecting the quality of the human environment.
