BUSH POINTS PROCEEDING Docket 37013 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND DENYING PETITION On January 31, 1980, we issued Order 80-1-189 which established further procedures on Munz Northern Airlines' application in Docket 37013 and petition in Docket 37014. At that time, we indicated that we would issue an order dealing with the substance of both the application and petition after our decision in the Colorado Ski Points Investigation, Docket 31400. We have issued Order 80-3-147 in that proceeding, and can now proceed with Dockets 37013 and 37014. Munz, a certificated carrier and also a subcontract (Part 293) operator for Wien Air Alaska, filed a petition in Docket 37014 on November 1, 1979, under section 401(g) to delete from Wien's certificate
