ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE AT ELY, NEVADA UNDER 49 U.S.C. 41731, ET SEQ.: The Department extends the service obligation of SkyWest Airlines, Inc., at Ely, Nevada, for an additional 30-day period through December 28, 1995. Served 12-4-95 U.S.-TORONTO SECOND YEAR SERVICE PROCEEDING: The Department denies the motion of Northwest that would have required Delta and USAir, to file current O&D information and T-100 segment data in the U.S.-Toronto market; and (2) dismisses the contingent motion of USAir that would have us require all carriers serving in the U.S.-Toronto market to file such data and would require Northwest to file such data in the U.S.-Montreal market. By this order, the Department also grants in part and denies in part the motion of Midway to amend the procedural schedule, and sets the remaining procedural schedule to require the filing of Direct Exhibits by December 6, 1995, Rebuttal Exhibits by December 21, 1995, and Briefs to the Decisionmaker by January 9, 1996.
