and an exemption from the 45-day notice
provision of section 204.8 of the Depart-
ment's Regulations



                            FINAL ORDER

By Order 90-12 -37, issued Decerber 17, 1990, we directed
all interested persons to show cause why we should not make final
our tentative findings and conclusions that Air L.A., Inc.,
continues to be fit, willing, and able to provide service as a
commuter air carrier. Interested persons were given 15 days to
file objections.

No objections to Order 90- 12 - 37   have been received.

ACCORDINGLY,

1. We find that Air L.A., Inc., continues to be fit, willing,
and able under aection 419(e) of the Federal Aviation Act to
provide scheduled passenger service as a commuter air carrier;

2. The authority granted here shall become effective on the
sixth (business) day after we have received:

      (1) a copy of the carrier's Air Carrier Certificate and
      Operations Specifications from the FAA authorizing it to
      engage in scheduled passenger service; and
