Issued by the Department of Transportation on the 3rd day of December, 1990 - SER DEC -3 1990 Application of a a CRAIG LOKEN d/b/a LOKEN AVIATION a Docket 46766 for a certificate of public convenience S and necessity under section 401 of the s Federal Aviation Act to engage in inter- S state and overseas air transportation FINAL ORDER By Order 90-11-24 , issued November 15, 1990 , we directed all interested persons to show cause why we should not make final our tentative findings and conclusions stated in it and issue an order finding that Craig Loken d/b/a Loken Aviation is fit to engage in interstate and overseas scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail. Interested persons were given 15 days to file objections to the order. No objections to the show-cause order were received within the answer period provided. ACCORDINGLY, 1. We find that Craig Loken d/b/a Loken Aviation is fit, willing, and able to engage in interstate and overseas scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail between all points in the United States, its territories, and possessions; 2. We issue a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Craig Loken d/b/a Loken Aviation authorizing it to engage in interstate and overseas scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail in the form attached; 3. The authority granted here shall become effective on the sixth (business) day after we have received a copy of the applicant's Air Carrier Certificate and Operations Specifications from the Federal Aviation Administration
