Pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in its Regulations, 14 CFR 385.11, it is found that the petitioners have sufficient economic interest in this proceeding to justify their participation as parties. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED: That the above-described petitions for leave to intervene be and they hereby are granted. Persons entitled to petition the Board for review of this order pursuant to the Board's Regulations, 14 CFR 385.50, may file such peti- tions within ten days after the date of service of this order.
