Dismisses investigation (instituted by E-14825) of surcharges proposed by Eastern Air Lines for first-clas and coach service in jet equipment. Orders Allegheny Airlines to show cause why the Board should not fix specified temporary mail rates to be paid on and after April 1, 1955, over its entire system.
