Exemption - North Central Airlines on flights serving
Rapid City between Pierre and Spearfish to originate
eastbound flights and terminate westbound flights at
Spearfish, on segment 13 of route 86, until 90 days
after final decision in docket 11161.

Exemption - Overseas National Airways to operate two
flights for Air America on April 6 and 8, 1960, be-
tween specified points in the Pacific area for MATS.

Grants intervention in Buffalo-Toronto Route Case by
municipal and civic organizations in Maryland, North
Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

Exemption - Braniff Airways to operate two nonstop
flights from Waco, Tex., to New York City on or about
May 13, 1960, and two nonstop flights from Austin to
NYC on or about May 27, 1960.

Exemption - Ozark Airlines to operate, for 1 year,
between Ottumwa and Iowa City on route 107.

Dismisses investigation (instituted by E-14825) of
surcharges proposed by Eastern Air Lines for first-clas
and coach service in jet equipment.

Orders Allegheny Airlines to show cause why the Board
should not fix specified temporary mail rates to be
paid on and after April 1, 1955, over its entire system.
Opinion and order disapprove agreement 13204 filed by
Air Traffic Conference of America on behalf of its
members relai-ing to the establishment of VOIJMAIR.
