Permits North Central Airlines to purchase one DC-3 aircraft from Trans International Airlines. Permits Meteor Air Transport to perform a one-way charter flight from Vienna or Linz, Austria, or Munich, Germany, to New York City on March 27, 1957, for IC1M. Permits The Flying Tiger Line to perform 5 one-way charter flights during April 1957 from Munich, Hamburg, or Bremen, Germany, or Linz, Austria, to New 1York City for ICEM. Authorizes Frontier Airlines to overfly Pueblo, Colo., on all flights in excess of one daily round trip over segment 3. Dismisses application of Twentieth Century Airlines for an exemption.
