Resolution on the Seabed Disputes Chamber
The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea,
Acting pursuant to article 35 of its Statute,
1. Records that the Tribunal, at a meeting on 2 October 2008, selected the
following Members of the Tribunal to serve on the Chamber with immediate effect:

Judges

Marotta Rangel,
Nelson,
Chandrasekhara Rao,
Wolfrum,
Treves,
Yanai,
Kateka,
Hoffmann,
Gao,
Bouguetaia,
Golitsyn;

2. Records that Judge Treves was elected on 2 October 2008 by the members
of the Chamber as its President;
3. Records that the term of office of the members will end on 30 September 2011.
