THE JOURNAL The Journal of the United Nations will be published in the working languages, English and French, each morning from Monday to Friday inclusive. It will consist of the programme of meetings, agenda, documents distributed and other information of interest to delegates and the Secretariat. During the period of the General Assembly, the Journal will include the verbatim reports of the plenary meetings, and will be published also on Saturdays. The summary records of the main Commit- tees of the General Assembly will be published in daily Supplements to the Journal, except in the case of a committee that has met in private, when the relevant Press communique will be substituted. The Supplements will be so num- bered to enable them either to be collated with the contemporary issue of the Journal or filed in separate chronological sequence. The Official Records of the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council and the Atom- ic Energy Commission will continue to be pub- lished separately. 2. LE JOURNAL Le Journal des Nations Unies sera publi6 dans les langues de travail, l'anglais et le franeais; il paraitra tous les matins du lundi au vendredi in- clus. Il contiendra le programme des seances, l'ordre du jour, les documents distribuis ainsi que toute information interessant les d616gues et le Secretariat. Pendant l'Assemble generale, le Journal con- tiendra les proces-verbaux des seances pl6nieres, et paraitra du lundi au samedi inclus. Les comptes rendus sommaires des grandes Commissions de l'Assemblee gendrale seront pu- blids dans les Suppldments quotidiens au Jour- nal, sauf dans le cas de s6ance privee, on le proces-verbal sera remplac6 par un communique de presse. Les Supplements seront numerotes de fagon que l'on puisse, soit les laisser joints aux num6ros correspondants du Journal, soit les classer a part par ordre chronologique. Les proces-verbaux officiels du Conseil de s4- curit6, du Conseil 6conomique et social et de la Commission de l'energie atomique continueront a etre publi6s separ6ment. 2.
