W HE REAIS in faid a17, all perfons holding orders legally drawn on the Treafury of this State, or holding any of the public fecurities of this State thazt were ijued previous to the firf day of Dccmber laft pafl, fiould delver the fame into the trealury of th s State, on or before the frf# day of ptemnxber l/ pa, or Aould forfeit te fame. And whereas it, appears to this A6em/y, 1b7 many per/ons holding faid fearities habe not been duly notified of faid a, by which means their ecurities have not been delivered to the Treafurer : Therefore, 1 is hereby enatled by the General Aembly of the Slate of Vermont, That 4all perfons holding faid fecurities which were iffued by the Treafarer of this Srate, previous to the firft day of December laft paft ; and all perfons holding any orders legally drawn on the Treafurer pre'ious to this halon of the Legifliure, have a further time allowed them udeliv- er the fame into the treafury of this State, tb the firfit day of July next ; and the Treafurer is hereby dire&ed to receive the fame, and iffee hard money orders in lieu thereof, agreeable to faid a6t.
