to amend Title 4, Chapter 10, Section 23 of the Code of Laws for the Muni-
cipality of St. Thomas and St. John.
Be it enacted by the Municipal Council of St. Thomas and St. John in session assembled:
Section 1. That Title 4, Chapter 10, Section 23 of the Code of Laws be amended by
deleting sub-section (3) of the said section 23.
Thus passed by the Municipal Council of St. Thomas and St. John at the Ordinary
Meeting held February 13, 1941.
