EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY TRANSFERRED BETWEEN
THE DIVISION OF RAILROADS AND THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAY PATROL
AN ACT
ENTITLED, An Act to amend the General Appropriations Act of the fifty-sixth
regular session by providing for the transfer of expenditure authority
between the highway fund and the general fund for certain expenditures
of the division of railroads and the division of highway patrol.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That House Bill 1376 as previously enacted by the
fifty-sixth session of the legislative assembly be amended as follows:
