ROADS AND BRIDGES, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 437
OF THE REVISED PUBLIC LAWS PASSED AT THE JANU-
ARY SESSION, A. D. 1923.
It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 97 of the general
laws, entitled Of the construction, improvement, and
maintenance of state roads and bridges, as amended
by chapter 437 of the revised public laws of January
A. D. 1923, is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
Sec. 7. Said board, on behalf of the state of Rhode Slat boardof
