AN ACT NAMING THE JUDICIAL COMPLEX IN SOUTH KINGSTOWN IN HONOR OF J. HOWARD MCGRATH It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: SECTION 1. Title 42 of the General Laws entitled State Affairs and Govern- ments is hereby amended by adding thereto the following chapter: CHAPTER 88 THE J. HOWARD MCGRATH JUDICIAL COMPLEX 42-88-1. J. Howard McGrath Judicial Complex - The new Rhode Island judicial complex to be located on Tower Hill Road in the town of South Kingstown, shall hereafter be named the J. Howard McGrath Judicial Complex. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. CHAPTER 2 84-H 7008 Approved Feb. 13, 1984.
