BE it enacted by the senate and house of repre- sentatives, in general court convened, That from and after the passing of this act, whenever any execu- tion shall be served and satisfied, in whole or in part by being levied on real estate, it shall not be necessary seev. I. to record the same or the return thereon in the clerk's . office, from which the same issued, nor sha!l there be charged in the cost of levying any execution on real estate. any sum for recording such execution or the return thereon in the clerk's office, as aforesaid.
