Reuben Hill of Lee, were in and by faid 4d, they or any two of tbem, fully impowered to lay out by metes and bounds, a high- way fiour rods wide, in fich a courfe as to them /hould appear vof haenient, from the main Country read in faid North- 'wood to the Province Road fo called in Barnfed, and it ap- pearing neqefry that there jhould be an addition to faid Committee :- THEREFORE, B E TT ENACTED BY THE SENATE AND HOUSE OFEnaing REPRESENTATIVES IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY, C ad. CONVENED, That Col. Thomas Stickney, Daniel Bedee and Samuel Chamberlain, Efq'rs, be, and hereby are authoriz- ed to loin the faid Clark, Sinkler and Hill, in laying out faid highway; the whole number or any four of them, are to proceed in the fine manner as faid Clark, $inkler and Hill, are in and by faid A1 authorized.
