AS THEY APPEARED PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 1, 1964, TO REVISE CERTAIN PROVISIONS
CONCERNING TIlE OPERATION OF JUSTICE COURTS IN THIS STATE; AND FOR RELATED
PURPOSES.
Be it Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
Mississippi, the Senate Concurring Therein, That the Joint Rules of the
House and the Senate are hereby suspended for the purpose of
permitting the introduction, consideration and passage, regardless of any
deadlines imposed by said rules, of a House Bill entitled An Act to
bring forward for the purpose of amending Sections 11-51-85, 11-51-87,
