De it enacted by the General Asemly of the Ter-riTory of Missouri, [as follows:]
1. Any justice of the peace in the county of Washington, who acted as such
while it was inchnled within the counties of Si, Geneviese and St. Louis, and is
appointed as a justice of the peace for thr conmty of Vashinglan, ,hall have full
