Eighty-seven of these bills originated in the Senate and fifty-nine of them originated in the House of Delegates. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17 of Article II of the Maryland Constitution, these bills will be returned to the General Assembly immediately after the Legislature has organized at the next Regular or Special Session to be reconsidered in order to determine whether the veto is sustained or overridden.
