ORDER FOR ADJOURNING THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUDICATURE COURT OF ASSIZE AND GENERAL GOAL DELIVERY OF THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK. Lislative WHEREAS sundry of the Mlembers of the Superior Court of Judica- Coni, ture, Court of Assize, and General Goal Delivery, appointed to be xvni. (1), 4. held and kept at Boston within and for the County of Suffolk, upon I1onse Jotir. the Second Tuesday of August Instant, and others therein concerned, Provice are also Members of the Great and General Court or Assembly which L~aws, 11., 339, y ca l. 11. is now and undoubtedly will be then sitting, whose attendance at this Court may be very necessary: Ordered: that the said Court be and hereby is adjourned to Tuesday the thirtieth day of August instant, at ten of the Clock in the forenoon; of which all persons concerned are required to take notice and conform them selves accordingly ; And the Sheriff of the said County is directed forthwith to publish this Order in the Town of Boston and such other places as may be most likely to give speedy notice thereof throughout the County.
