An Act to grant to the United States, Pond Island,
in Maine.
BE it enacted by the Senate and Itouse of
Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by
the authority of the same, That all the right and claim
to a portion of the soil of Pond Island, off the mouth conveyance of
of Kennebeck River, in the State of Maine, whichnd Island.
this Commonwealth may have, be granted to the Uni-
ted States of America, for the purpose of erecting a
Light House on the same.
