At 12 o'clock, the Secretary of the Commonwealth went dow'n from the Council Chamber to the Senate, and to the Re- yresentatives' Chamber, with the following Message front his Excellency the Governor :- MESSAGE: Gentlemen of the Senate, and Gentlemen of the House of Representative8, IN compliance with the request of the members from this Commonwealth, of the Convention of Delegates from the New-England Stntes which lately met at Hartford, I have directed the Secretary to communicate to the Legislature, their report, which was transmitted to me for that purpose, and which appears to have been tile result of moderation and firmness.
