E it cmal7cd by the Senate and Houfe of Reprefentatives in GeneralCourt k-' afenblcd, and by the nuthority of the fame, That Ifaac Moffitt, Elijah Learned and Ephraim Segars, of Charlton, in the county of Worcejier, with their polls arid e' ates, be,. and they. hereby are fet off from the faid town of Chdrlton, and annexed to the town of Oxford, in-the fame. county, and (hall forever, hereafter be' confidered as belonging to, and making part of the faid' town of Oxford, there to do duty, and receive privileges, equal to other inhabitants in faid town.
