Grant of fifteen pounds to William Baker, meffenger to the General Court, to purchafe fuel, &c. Oclober 15, 1784. R ESOLVED, That there be paid to William Baker, meffenger of the Ge- neral Court, the fum of fifteen pounds, out of the public treafury of this, Commonwealth, to enable him to purchafe fuel for the ufc of the faid Court, ,he to be accountable for the expenditure of the fame. II. Rcfolve on the petition of Elizabeth Snelling, authorizing the Judge of Probatc of Sufflbk county, to recommit the demand mentioned. Odobcr 15, 1784. On the petition of Elizabcth Sndcling, fetting forth, that the commiffioncrs on the eftate of Yonathan Snelling, upon the deniamd of Elzckiel Goldthwait, be- fore them preferred, allowed him a large furn of money, on accou~nt of cer- tain protefted bills of exchange, the rifiue of which bills, as fie fuggcft:;, thc faid Gohtthwait took altogether upon hiimfeif ; and praying, that the confider- ation of the preinifes may be recommitted to the formenr coillhifl!oncrs, or that new ones may be appointed, and the faid requcft appearing reafonablc : _ cfolved, That the Judge of Probate for the county of Sq'lk, be, and he herebv is authorized and empowered, to recommit the fai dc mnof the iifd 0 .c ..... .'
