Begun and held at Bo/lon, in the 6ounty of Sfolk on Wednef-
day the Twenty-Eighth Day of May, Anno Domini, 17 83 ;
and from thence continued, by Adjournment and Prorogation,
to Wednefday the I'wenty-Firft Day of January, I784.
I.
Refblvc giving day to all bills, refolves, &c. whiLh were to have day the prcfent
fcflions. January 23, 1784.
1)E S 0 , V E D, That all bills, petitions and other matters, which had day
in the lafI feffions of the Gcneral Court, be, and they hereby are revived, and
fhall have day accordingly, in the prefent feffion of the faid Court, a prorogation
of the fame having taken place notwithilanding.
II.
A grant of thirty pounds to William Baker, meffenger of the General Court, to
purchafe fuel, &c. .7anuary 24, 1784.
Refolved, That there be paid out of the public treaftury, to Mr. William P'aker,
meffenger of the General Court, thirty pounds, to enable him to purchalie fucl
and candles for the ufIe of the General Court, during their prefent feflion, he to
be accountable for the fame.
III.
Refolve on die pctitin of Barnabar Brhamn, empowering the Supreme Judicial
Court, at their icxt feIlion in and for the county of orcefier, to take cogni-
zance of the adion inentioned. January 24, 1784.
On the petition of Barnalai Bri !am, praying that he may have liberty to enter
a complaint at the Supreme Judicial Court in the county of Worcoef/r, againfl.
