Article 5, Section 14 ofthe Indiana Constitution requires a bill that becomes law under such circumstances to be treated as a law of the session in which the bill originated. Because Public Laws 217 and 218 of 2016 could not be published with the other 2016 session laws, these Public Laws have been included at the beginning of this volume.
