The Governor's veto was overridden by the General Assembly at the 1989 Regular Session. Article 5, Section 14 of the Indiana Constitution requires bills that become law under such circumstances to be treated as laws of the session in which they originated. Because Public Law 211 of 1988 could not be published with the other 1988 session laws, it has been included at the beginning of this volume.
