The Governor's veto was overridden by the General Assembly at the 1986 Regular Session. Article 5, Section 14 of the Indiana Constitution requires bills that become law under such circumstances to be treated as laws of the session in which they originated. Because Public Law 376 of 1985 could not be published with the other 1985 session laws, it has been included at the beginning of this volume.
