The Governor's veto was overridden by the General Assembly at the 1991 Regular Session. Article 5, Section 14 of the Indiana Constitution requires bills that become law under such circumstances to be treated as laws of the session in which they originated. Because Public Law 186 of 1990 could not be published with the other 1990 session laws, it has been included at the beginning of this volume.
