Article 5, Section 14 of the Indiana Constitution requires a bill that becomes law under such circumstances to be treated as a law of the session in which the bill originated. Because Public Laws 235 and 236 of 2007 could not be published with the other 2007 session laws, these Public Laws have been included at the beginning of this volume.
