The Governor's vetoes were overridden by the General Assembly at the 1996 Regular Session. Article 5, Section 14 of the Indiana Constitution requires bills that become law under such circumstances to be treated as laws of the session in which they originated. Because Public Law 347 and Public Law 348 of 1995 could not be published with the other 1995 session laws, they have been included at the beginning of this volume.
