Be it Enaclcd by/the licyi, tulhr of the 'erritoryl of Hawaii: SECTION 1. There shall be and hereby is appropriated the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Public Treasury for the purpose of paying the expenses of tho Special Session of the Senate of the Legislature of the Terri tory of Iawaii, of the year 1902, and of defraying the ex- penses of the Regular Session of the Senate of the Legislature of he Territory of Hawaii, of the year 1903.
