Be it cnacted by the Lcgislaturc of lhc Territory of Hawaii: SECTioN 1. There shall he and hereby is appropriated the sum of Forty-five Thousand ($45,000.00) Dollars from the Pub- lic Treasury for Ihe purpose of defraying the expenses of the session of the Legislature of I-he Territory of Hawaii of the ear 1901.
