An act to compensate James W. Robinson, for services perform.
ed by him as Prosecuting Attorney, pro tempore, for the 2d
Judicial Circuit.
Whereas, it is represented to this General As-
sembly of the Territory of Arkansas, that James
W. Robinson was appointed to perform certain
duties as Prosecuting Attorney, pro tempore,
which duties have been performed, and for which
said services the law prescribes certain perquisites:
SEC. 1. Be it enacted, therefore, That James
W. Robinson be entitled to the sum     of fifty dol-
lars, and that the Auditor of the Territory be au- $50to'belai.
thorized to issue his warrant accordingly, in favor
of the said James V. Robinson.
SEC. 2. -Ind be it further enacted, That this
uct shall take effect, from and after its passage.
