Subtitle AN ACT FOR THE JOINT INTERIM COMMIT- TEE ON LEGISLATIVE FACILITIES REAP- PROPRIATION. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. REAPPROPRIATION-GENER- AL IMPROVEMENT FUND. There is hereby ap- propriated, to the Joint Interim Committee on Leg- islative Facilities, to be payable from the General Improvement Fund or its successor fund or fund ac- counts, for the Joint Interim Committee on Legisla- tive Facilities, the following: (A) Effective March 27, 2005, the balance of the appropriation provided in Item (A) of Section 2 of Act 52 of 2003, for repairs, improvements, and furnishings of committee rooms for the Arkansas Senate and House of Representatives of the General Assembly and other legislative facilities within the State Capitol Building and the Capitol Hill Building, including the cost of publishing legal notices, paying architect fees, payment of contractors, and all other expenses, inci- dental to and reasonably necessary in connection with such repairs, improvements and furnishings, in a sum not to exceed ............................ $17,263. SECTION 2. DISBURSEMENT CONTROLS.
