Subtitle AN ACT TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS POLICE- MEN'S PENSION SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM TO CLARIFY THE ALLOCATION OF INSUR- ANCE PREMIUM TAX FUNDS AND IN- CREASE THE SUPPLEMENT AMOUNT AND ALLOW DROP MEMBERS TO PARTICI- PATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 24-11-211(d), con- cerning the benefits under the Arkansas Policemen's Pension Supplement Program, is amended to read as follows: (d) Retired police officers and survivors shall be eligible for the pension supplement under this pro- gram as follows: (1) A retired police officer or survivor receiving retirement benefits from a local policemen's pension and relief fund of less than four hundred dollars ($400) per month shall receive a supplement under the pro- gram in an amount equivalent to raise his or her total benefits plus the supplement to four hundred dollars Additions are indicated by underline; deletions by stik 6174 Act 1543
