Sir:
I have the honor to submit to you the follow-
ing report of the proceedings and condition of
the office of Attorney General of the Territory
of Wyoming, during the two years last past and
up to January l'st, A.D. 189Q.
Lit igation.
During the time afore mentioned, only four
civil cases have been commenced in which the
Territory of Wyoming wes interested, and two of
these I caused to be dismissed, upon payment of
the costs by the defendants; a brief statement
of the nature of these cases I here let follow:
