88-153   ATTORNEY GENERAL AND REPORTER: The Commission on
Continuing Legal Education and its individual members
should be entitled to absolute immunity when carrying
out its duties required by Tennessee Supreme Court
Rule 21; pursuant to T.C.A. S8-6-109, the Attorney
General's office would decide on a case to case basis
whether it would represent the Committee and/or its
members in a civil action concerning official
capacity; individual members of the Committee are
.entitled to compensation from the Board of Claims for
legal expenses incurred during civil actions for
damages, counsel for the Commission itself may be
appointed in accordance with T.C.A. Se-6-106. Tenn.
