If an organization incorporated as a nonprofit entity under Oklahoma law also has exempt status pursuant to Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, is it permissible for that entity to: a. Make contributions to specific candidates for state or local political office? b. Expend its funds on materials (for general distribution) containing statements that support named candidates for state or local political office? c. Expend its funds on materials (for general distribution) containing statements that oppose named candidates for state or local political office? d. Expend its funds on materials (for general distribution) containing statements that support the adoption of proposed amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution? e.
